Group Assistant HR Officer
As a Group Assistant HR Officer at BSM, you will support the delivery of core HR operations across the Group, acting as a key support function to the HR team and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of the full spectrum of global Group HR initiatives and projects by providing hands‑on support across planning, implementation, coordination, and follow‑up activities, in line with evolving team and organisational priorities.
Assist in providing global HR support to business units by supporting HR initiatives, system‑related activities, and project delivery, working in close coordination with Group HR Shore and local HR teams.
Contribute to the innovation of HR processes and practices through digitalisation and AI‑enabled solutions by supporting implementation activities, testing, documentation, and user adoption.
Maintain strong operational knowledge across all HRMS modules and integrations, enabling end‑to‑end understanding of HR processes, effective troubleshooting, user support, and continuous system and process improvement.
Monitor and manage the HR ticketing desk by handling, allocating, and assigning requests, following up on resolutions, supporting timely closure, and escalating issues as appropriate. Provide basic system support, including system administration, data updates, and user access management.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Previous experience in a multinational company (MNC) is preferred.

Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy
High level of confidentiality
Ability to work effectively and collaborate with various departments
Proficiency with software systems and Microsoft suite
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is advantageous
