Administration Officer III
Join our team! We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage client quotations, coordinate budgets, and keep financial data accurate.
This role plays a critical part in managing client prepares and presents the quotations to prospective and existing clients for new business.
Coordinate and follow up with Fleet Manager and Crewing Manager for annual budget and lumpsum proposals for existing clients’ vessels.
Update Accountants with Crew COAs
Update Fleet Personnel Officers with wage memos
Maintain updated financial data relating to the individual clients’ crew budgets.
Explores possibilities of improvement in work processes and driving cost efficiency initiatives and proposing to Customer Relations Manager and Finance Director for decision making.
Preparing management information and reporting as required.
Providing analytical and administrative support as may be required.
Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Business Management, Finance or equivalent
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience

Excellent Computer skills
Fluency in English
PC literacy
